What is the CFE program?
- Reflects the primary objectives of CAFP

- Recognized by the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council (CTHRC) as a credentialing approach for food service management professionals. It is recorded under their listing of industry credentialing programs and is the only nationally recognized program of its kind
